We have developed a wide range of programmes across different sectors including in food and drink, healthcare, and emerging and enabling technologies.
Our team of experts have delivered several award winning national, regional and local programmes, including working with Welsh Government to develop and deliver the Welsh SBRI programme, securing and developing the £10m Cardiff Capital Region Challenge Fund and delivering national Innovation Partnerships and accelerators on behalf of Welsh Government and Innovate UK.

Track Record
The Mid Wales Challenge-led Launchpad
Innovation Strategy developed and delivered an innovative approach to support growing businesses across different sectors and develop new skills for people across Mid Wales. Innovation Strategy secured £810,000 funding to deliver the programme with partners AberInnovation and further developed a multi sector partnership. Innovation Strategy's business support significantly advanced businesses and led to securing an additional £500k for businesses. An independent evaluation found our programme demonstrated excellent value for money, meeting its objectives emphatically.
Innovation Partnership in Action Programme
The Welsh Government commissioned Innovation Strategy to develop a new programme which would allow collaborative projects to develop innovative food and drink solutions, which address societal challenges and common issues facing small groups of businesses within the food and drink industry. Through our innovative approach we were able to support growing businesses to research and develop new products, services and processes, accelerating growth by increased innovation and route to market development.
